Living!

Sometimes playing safe no longer remains the option. Sometimes it is but living on the edge. If one is not accustomed to it, this can be scary. If someone claims it isn’t, he or she is in a state of denial. This fear, however, can very easily be transformed into self-exploration adventure expedition, if confronted head-on.

I see it as leaving the warmth and comfort of a home and camping in the woods for the first time among scariest of the predators, darkness and fear playing at the max. You are always on alert, your defense mechanism triggers itself against the predators, listening to the faintest of sounds and reacting to the smallest of motions. Your sight sees nothing but darkness in the beginning, even when eyes get used to darkness, the visibility remains limited. But when sight partners with fear, it looks beyond limits, exploring further and deeper, analyzing everything and everyone that is or potentially can be a threat or an oppertunity and that is when one learns how does it feel living on an edge.....and the adventure begins!

Imprisoned Hear me! Heed me! One more time!! Hear my whispers, hear my rhymes I fright! For I sense my words would soon fade If not uttered; If not heard; They shall perish forever, And never shall wake Artisted, I confess! Crafted and beautified, Indeed they are prettied And mystified But they are real, They are sincere. Prisoned in me for years. They are chested Amid agonizing noise Silent; they are dusted Hear them now For they are fading Free them! For they are long awaiting Take them For I am weary of the keep. In absolution, I want to finally sleep Hear me! Hear me! One last time. Muhammad Ali Monday July 18, 2016

The Balance Limited!

Thoughts of a good Friend Asim Zaidi on Pak Army's role in Pakistan and Pakistani politics I gathered from my friend that Its Politicians who are ruining Pakistan and Pak Armed forces are our saviors. I agree! The equation should always be like this, but it is not in our country. My point is simple; our political and civic scene has been raped by Military Inc. so badly that we need at least fifty years to come to our senses again. Not so long ago we were told, and our nation believed that USSR wanted to reach our warm waters through Afghanistan and we jumped in fire to stop that advancement. This story was not sold to us via politicians, in fact, it was sold to us after hanging a politician, ten years of tyranny and uniformed absurdness gave us a crop which we are reaping now. Then we were sold the stories like Mr. 10%, Jinnah Pur, an elected PM trying to be Amir-ul-Momaneen, we again bought the stories. Eight years of tyranny, result! yet another crop to reap. Ironically, who ...
